Stylized Charizard
For this piece, I wanted to explore a stylized and semi-painterly style. My references include illustration art style from Pokémon cards, some cool 3D texturing renders I found on ArtStation, and the scribble toon style of the TMNT animated series. In the past, I have stuck mostly to realism or stylized realism, so this process was new to me and was a fun but challenging endeavor for sure.
